FAQ
Answers for customers and resellers checking service status before sending a report.
Use this status page first. It should list active stream, reseller panel, credit delivery, maintenance, and support channel notices when the page is connected to live updates.
Open the report form and include region, ISP, device, app, channel name, affected customer count, and screenshots so support can compare your issue with known incidents.
For active incidents, post a first acknowledgement quickly, then update at a published next-update time until the issue is resolved or a workaround is available.
